If you believe that any copyright-protected content has been posted on MossGap without your authorization, please follow the procedure below to notify us. We will act expeditiously to remove the infringing material once a valid notice is received.
Designated copyright agent

Your notice must include the following information:
- 1Your physical or electronic signature, either as the owner of the copyrighted work or as a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

- 4Your contact information, including your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and, if available, an email address.
- 5A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- 6A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
Good faith and accuracy
Under Section 512(f) of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability. Please make sure the information in your notice is accurate before submitting it.
What happens next
Upon receiving a valid notice, we will review it and remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material as soon as practicable. If we need additional information to process your request, we will contact you using the details provided in your notice.
